Job Description & Requirements

Join our dynamic team as the Senior Manager/Director of Technology (IT) and lead our strategic technology operations.

At Far Bank Enterprises, the Technology Department is seen as a strategic partner and advisor to the business, rather than simply a cost center. We believe in leveraging technology to its fullest potential to drive innovation, streamline processes, and unlock strategic opportunities. As the Director of Technology, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our technology landscape, working closely with our business analysts and users to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in driving our technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and delivers tangible value to our organization.

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of both business operations and technology. You'll work closely with our internal (and external) customer base, who may not always be able to clearly explain their technical requirements. Therefore, the ability to understand business requirements and collaborate with customers to design and deliver solutions that support these requirements, fit into the existing technical landscape, and deliver a measurable value proposition is essential. This position is hands-on, and you should enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details. It's a great opportunity to work closely with a highly technical team, engage with business owners on value-driven solutions, and contribute to our position as the industry leader in fly fishing.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success, then we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. Together, we'll continue to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to our customers while driving growth and innovation in the fly fishing community.
