About the role:
Kamado Joe markets our premium ceramic grills during Costco Roadshows. A Roadshow is a 10 day special event featuring the brand. You will demonstrate and sell direct to consumer for the entire 10 day show. Shows are scheduled with time off between shows, work only the shows you want to work. Show hours are open to close so long hours on your feet. You will need to stay motivated during high traffic times and slower times. Travel will be required. Travel area could be anywhere in the country – travel is paid for by the company. You will be responsible for set up and tear down of the booth. This includes lifting heavy grills for assembly and palletizing stock for return. Communication and developing good relationships with store management a must. Detailed reporting also required. Our sales reps earn on average $1,350-$5,000 per show!
