Job Description & Requirements

Aetrex Worldwide, the global leader in foot-scanning technology and aftermarket orthotics, is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales professional, with a passion for innovation and technology, to drive sell-through at strategic retail locations and develop new business in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and Colorado. Aetrex’s current partners include top multi-brand footwear retailers throughout diverse channels of distribution as well as leading global footwear brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· 2+ years minimum experience in sales or related field.

· Proven track record in developing and building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

· Ability to build strong business relationships with key accounts and influence key stakeholders.

· Scheduling meetings, activations, and travels to accounts for engagement and relationship building.

· Launching and implementation of scanners.

· Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

· Learning marketplace and sharing findings to cross functional team.

· Passion for sales and brand development.

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Excellent driving record mandatory.

· Travel required: 80%

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

· Must be skilled in training, sales generation, planning, and authentic customer service

· Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines

· Ability to provide solutions to support business needs through creative problem solving and creative innovation

· Ability to propose creative marketing activations to build awareness

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Technology-savvy and passion for technological innovation and continuous learning.

· Results oriented and proven accountability.
