We are currently hiring full-time sales associates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in hospitality, a positive team-centric attitude, and a willingness to provide our clients the best customer service experience possible. Bike shop experience is great, but certainly not required. We have plenty of training and product knowledge resources available to ensure you’re prepared to succeed in this role. This is a full-time position - candidates will be expected to commit to 35-40hrs weekly. Potential teammates should possess the following characteristics:

• Self-Motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented

• A desire to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base

• Excellent communicator with teammates, management, and clients

• Experience with sales, retail, or service industry a plus, but not required

• Basic computer ability (knowledge of Ascend POS a plus!)

• Friendly, positive attitude and a great team player

• Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days

• A commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer

• Ability to work one weekend day
