Company is looking for a motivated inside sales and customer service representative! With a rapidly expanding dealer base and product line, Company is looking to add to our sales team. Experience in the snow category is required and knowledge across bike and moto categories is preferred. Employee will be tasked with attending to existing customers as well as expanding our dealer base with a focus on the Western United States while also being a knowledgeable customer service representative. Employee will work closely with our Sales Director and entire team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and proactive wholesale customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Inputting sales orders into Quickbooks and issuing order confirmations to customers
- Coordinating with 3PL to confirm orders go out quickly and accurately
- Invoicing orders after shipment occurs
- Processing credit card payments when needed
- Processing returns and credit memos
- Assisting with sample and promo requests
- Develops and fosters strong relationships with current and prospective wholesale accounts, inclusive of responding to inbound phone calls and emails for potential new accounts
- Day to day operations of ecommerce orders. Daily tasks would include responding to customers in a timely manner, inputting ecommerce orders, handle returns, exchanges, and RMA processes, track missing packages, etc
- Assist with product setup and maintenance in Shopify and Quickbooks
- Ability to work events and trade shows as company needs
- Other projects and activities, as assigned
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Shopify a plus
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Problem-solving skills
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Experience working in a start-up environment preferred
- Team player with results-oriented mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met
- Highly organized, self starter, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Willingness to dig in and continually learn new things and build new skills
- Positive attitude to contribute to a fun but hard-working company culture
