Job Description & Requirements

Manufacturer Sales Representative

SLA Outdoors is seeking a result driven representative to manage current portfolio of customers and prospect new customers in Iowa and Nebraska territory.

Responsibilities:

Present, promote and actively sell products to existing and prospective customers in multiple sales channels. 

Be well versed in the aspect of current and new products being offered by our manufacturing partners.  

Actively spend time on the road in the territory; conduct sales meetings via face to face interactions and attending trade shows. 

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.  

Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction on both sides. 

Supply monthly reports on sales, potential new sales and trends in the industry. 

Precisely enter orders on multiple software platforms. 

Requirements:

Proven sales experience.  Expertise in the outdoor industry is a plus. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office. 

Fluency with all virtual meeting platforms is a plus. 

Highly self-motivated and target driven. 

Exceptional selling, communication and negotiating skills. 

Prioritize time management daily, weekly and monthly.  

Exhibit the skill to manage a multi brand portfolio. 

Ability to create and deliver presentations that are tailored to audience needs.  

Able and willing to with work flexibility and self-discipline and work remotely from home.

Support:

SLA Outdoors successfully operates with a team mentality.  

Group of successful professionals will train, travel and mentor.   

Further team assistance with office manager and data analyst.  

Salary:   

Salary position with a potential annual bonus.  

Travel expenses paid monthly.
