Our beautiful 268-acrea campus with a 15 acre lake is close to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the Appalachian Trail, where a landscape filled with local wildlife, birds, and fish become a classroom filled with adventure!

The Experiential Education Facilitator is responsible for the safe and effective implementation of the Princeton-Blairstown Center’s (PBC) adventure-based experiential and environmental education curriculum at the Blairstown Campus. The Experiential Education Facilitator works predominantly on and around the Blairstown Campus. The Experiential Education Facilitator utilizes a youth development model that actively engages participants, supports them in achieving individual and group goals, and helps students increase their social emotional learning (SEL), environmental education, and 21 st  Century skills.

Salary $660-$680 per week (depending on experience) with room and board (valued at approximately $400 per week) and three weeks of training (valued at approximately $1,800).  $800 completion bonus (for those staying the entire season).

A Wilderness First Responder class is offered from March 12-18th on the Blairstown Campus. The class is unpaid and would be free of charge to incoming staff, including tuition, room, and board.  The certification is strongly preferred and is approximately an $800 value.  If you are available and interested in this training, please let us know during the interview.

The Princeton-Blairstown Center (PBC) is an independent nonprofit with a mission to empower young people, primarily from under-resourced communities, to strengthen their social-emotional skills through experiential, environmental, and adventure-based programming at our Blairstown Campus near the Delaware Water Gap.
