We are looking for a competent, friendly service advisor to join our team. The individual in this role would act as the point of contact for our service customers, from the initial greeting, to service explanation, to payment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate and patient attitude, critical thinking skills, and the ability to perform basic math.

60% Analytics - Analyze inventory performance and make changes to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Work with management determining product strategy and mix. Look for exciting new products and categories that will appeal to our customer base, or create new customers.
20% Inventory management - Receive shipments, transfer products between locations and close POs. Assist with merchandising stores for maximum retail efficiency and sales.
20% Purchasing - Place ongoing fill-in and special orders. Work with department managers to maintain shop-required parts for service etc.
