What We Are Looking For
Do you enjoy connecting with athletes, seeing new places, and being able to explore new trails? We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to increase our e-commerce presence. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive ecommerce strategy, with an emphasis on brand consistency and a strong growth presence. The ideal candidate needs to have experience to analyze data, be organized, able to juggle multiple responsibilities and a problem solver. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate to think strategically on how to grow our brand presence and spread the love of Tailwind!
This is a full-time, Exempt position.
Grow and manage our eCommerce channel sales.
Manage strategy and operational details of TW’s ecommerce and Amazon stores
Drive eCommerce (web & Amazon) sales via qualified organic/paid traffic/SEO
Designing and developing superior site experience that converts to online sales
Sales forecasting and ensuring inventory availability, working closely with our operations team
Define strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value
Develop specific metrics to analyze ROI, track trends, and make strategic recommendations to ensure we are optimizing efforts to drive growth.
Communicate learning and work with other functions to address gaps identified
Manage external agencies (paid media, SEO) to achieve agreed upon goals within approved budget limits
Other duties as assigned to support the success of the business
What We Need From You:
Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with Amazon and eCommerce - A MUST
Extensive experience with web commerce platforms and tech stack partners, specifically Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, NetSuite
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, Full Story, etc
Comfortable with team-based, collaborative work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job
Organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven innovator, responds promptly and reasonably when making decisions, effective at solving problems
Ability to build and sustain brand conversations across various channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Able to learn computer functions, systems and on-the-job skills
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Nice to Have:
Experience within the outdoor industry and/or love of the outdoors is a plus

Salary Range: $93k- $110k depending on experience
