We have an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Support & Customer Service Specialist with Highland Trading Company (HTC)
& Worldwide distributor of Sportube luggage and Wildsyde Electric Bikes is
looking for a Dealer Support & Customer Service Specialist
An office-based position, this person needs to be honest and trustworthy, enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented and organized. Attention to detail is imperative, with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within time constraints. Duties include but not limited to: communicating with both wholesale customers and consumers by phone and email, data entry of purchase orders and invoices, coordination of paperwork with a distribution warehouse, daily picking and shipping of accessory items. Position also includes input and contributing to marketing and advertising campaigns, brochure design, overseeing social media accounts as well as capturing/creating effective content.
Candidate will possess the ability to work either individually or as a team in a small office environment. Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office especially Excel reporting is preferred. Knowledge of FedEx/UPS/USPS shipping programs is beneficial but not necessary. Good written and verbal communication and customer service skills required. Candidate must be able to comprehend and interpret vendor guidelines and follow instructions to achieve error free order fulfillment. The best person for the job will be eager to go the extra mile, grow within the position and be willing/able to take on additional roles as the company continues to grow.
You will be a Jack of all Trades, a problem solver and be able to effectively operate in multiple sectors of the business.
1. Customer Service and Fulfillment duties mentioned above.
2. Sales Support- Market Research, initial outreaches, collection of data for sales and marketing purposes.
3. Events - Ability to effectively represent the brand(s) at both consumer and trade events. Willing to travel as needed. Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
Position Start date is immediate, a full time, year-round opportunity, Mon – Fri 8-5 work schedule. Schedule is subject to change during show periods, events and other sales/promotional opportunities. We pay $50k - $70k DOE, we also provide health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid sick time and a ski pass!
