Job Description & Requirements

Service Writer

Position: Full Time
Location: Parker

Expectations: We expect all of our mechanics to be professional, compassionate towards customers, humble enough to ask for advice, and committed to continuously improving.

The Service Writer must partner with our customers be understand their concerns and how we can best improve their experience on their bike. Beyond a thorough understanding of the needs of the bike, the service manager must be able to actively listen to a customer’s concerns to read between the lines and hear what wasn’t said. Additionally, the Service Writer must efficiently organize the work flow and set our mechanics up for success.

Experience:

·       Excellent Customer Service

·       Familiarity with mechanics of modern, high-end mountain and road bikes

·       Managing and communicating workflow/timelines

·       Showing compassion when delivery difficult news

·       Experience with Lightspeed POS is a plus but not required

 

Compensation: 

·       $18-$22 starting rate
