Job Description & Requirements

Astis, the iconic beaded suede mitten and glove company, recently relocated headquarters to the Vail Valley.  We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.  This individual will provide a high level of service and support to our customers along with fulfilling and processing orders.  Looking for talent that understands and can adapt to changing responsibilities which come with a company experiencing rapid growth.  Multiple paths for advancement/growth within the company for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide superior service to our dealer and end consumer customers

·         Assist in online sales orders and returns

·         Accurate order entry and shipment processing

·         Resolve customer warranty claims

·         Quality control production

·         Maintain accurate inventory

·         Execute a variety of projects and tasks that may be assigned

·         Attend trade-show events on behalf of the Company

 

Required Skills:

·         Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel

·         Customer service experience

·         Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·         Work independently in a time sensitive environment

·         Strong organizational and communication skills

·         Eager to learn & take on responsibility

·         A passion for success with a positive and friendly attitude

·         Lift cartons up to 40 lbs

Benefits:

Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, year round position and will receive Medical Insurance, Generous PTO, Wellness Allowance, Employer Match IRA, and Product Discounts.  This is an in-house position located in our Vail Valley office.  The salary range is $52,000 - $58,000, DOE.
