General Summary

The Sr Brand Education and Activation Guide is an ambassador of the brand, providing best in class service to partner retailers through staff education, merchandising retail locations, organizing sales contests, and providing key market feedback to business leaders. Oversees specific events series, grand openings, and corporate social responsibility related events. Leads onsite teams at events and trains new team members as needed.

Essential Function

  • Drive sell-through at retail partner locations by educating staff on the brand, values, technical information, footwear 101, and more
  • Build partnerships and event programs that provide a platform to connect and engage with our target consumers and retail partners. Coordinate efforts between departments, obtain permits, manage staffing needs, organize logistics, and responsible for onsite ownership of specific event series
  • Support key partner retailers with in-store selling and promotional activities during sales events, grand openings, and seasonal kick offs
  • Organize and conduct demo events during seasonal launches with key product initiatives
  • Distribute and install seasonal point of sale materials at retail locations. Ensures brand stories are aligned across the US region
  • Provide market feedback including photos, comments from retail staff and fans, and competitor insights using internal feedback software

Qualifications

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relate field or equivalent experience in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in events, marketing, customer service and/or retail required
  • Experience in footwear preferred
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for extended periods of time
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate with a variety of external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel Requirements

60% of work time will involve travel.
