Ecommerce Manager - Glade Optics

We are Glade Optics, a breakout outdoor brand building premium ski goggles, helmets, and sunglasses. We are the fastest growing brand in our category and we are looking for an Ecommerce Manager with deep expertise in managing all aspects of our website, Shopify platform, and software tools to help us continue to grow over 150% annually.

This is a unique opportunity to work at a high growth consumer brand at the ground level. The ideal candidate for this position will have an analytical approach towards ecommerce and a proven track record of managing and growing an ecommerce organization.

You will spend your time:

  • Managing our Shopify store, implementing front-end (non-code) updates for product pages, landing pages, and collection pages as we create new content and as product lines change seasonally.

  • Evaluating new technologies and tactics to efficiently increase AOV, LTV, and conversion rate.

  • Managing our library of apps and optimizing our bundles, upsells, and cross-sells.

  • Maintaining store integration with our 3PL and other partners. 

  • Overseeing our shipping, fulfillment, and returns processes.

  • Writing and optimizing website copy.

  • Managing the path to get product information and photography on to the site on time and ensure all involved team members are aware of deadlines.

  • Reorganizing the website based on how certain products are selling.

  • Ensuring that our branding is consistent across the website.

  • Building a process to regularly evaluate and update design/UX based on the latest standards.

  • Analyzing and forecasting inventory levels to help inform purchasing decisions.

  • Identifying areas of underperformance and developing strategies to improve.

  • Making recommendations and staying current on how to deliver the best DTC experience.

The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience working with a wide variety of ecommerce software tools, apps, and platforms across operations, marketing, data analysis, and logistics.
