ARTILECT is a new brand that has created a ground-breaking dynamic apparel system, using innovation, technology, and fit for the advancement in performance for both people and the planet.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the brands and products resonate with our retail partners, who are the cornerstone of the BT global business. You have a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape in the USA and you own the Commercial Plan for the brand, working with strategic partners, retailers, sales agents, regional sales managers, PR, and marketing managers to achieve the plan.

Travel is a strong requirement of this role. You will be responsible for the USA, overseeing the sales agents and groups, monitoring the business, selling, attending regional and national shows, general customer relationship management, marketing, pre lining, forecasting, etc.

Your Key Objectives:

         Achieving the Sherpa and ARTILECT sales budgets and any other assigned KPIs.

         Setting the commercial plan to achieve sales and GM targets, grow categories and gain market share.

         Working with agents to agree territory sales targets and assist in the development of plans to achieve them.

       Organise the USA sales meeting and provide the seasonal GTM package in a timely fashion; KPIs, price lists, T&Cs, MAP policy, seasonal campaigns, product training etc.

         Managing strategic partners and any house accounts in the USA, you are the “go to” person for that retailer and have relationships throughout their business.

        Working with the Product Development team and providing feedback to ensure we have a sufficient, commercial range.

         Working with the Purchasing team to meet deadlines to contribute to forecast accuracy and production planning.

         Coordinating samples across the Agents.

         Proactively working with customer service to ensure Bradshaw Taylor remain an outstanding service partner.

       Monitoring sell through with retailers via Agents, through regular contact with merchandisers, buyers, etc., and proactively seeking to resolve any issues in season.

         Attend all brand meetings as required. 

        Coordinating and organising trade shows to ensure the brand is present and represented appropriately.  

        Work with the Digital Marketing team to help facilitate the D2C business.

Contract:         Full-time role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Closing Date: 19 February 2023
