Job Summary
The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time position. Warehouse Specialists are key members of the warehouse staff and perform an array of tasks. These tasks include processing incoming products, picking, packing, and shipping orders, organizing the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Prepare and process orders by picking from stock, packing them into boxes, and shipping orders using WMS and TMS software.
? Sorting and placing items on racks from backstock according to an organizational standard.
? Assisting with physical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory.
? Assisting with purchase order receipts by unloading containers and putting away stock.
? Preserves a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
? Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
? Contributes to team efforts to accomplish warehouse tasks and goals.
? Anything else deemed necessary by management.
Skills and Abilities:

? Basic computer knowledge required
? Strong work ethic and attention to detail
? Willingness to work as part of a team to accomplish goals
? Regularly required to lift and or move items up to 70 lbs
? Ability to work on feet for 8 hours
? Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
? Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance
? Aptitude and willingness to be trained to operate an order picker/forklift
Education and Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred
? Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Work Environment
? 37+ hour standard work week requirement
? Long periods of standing, walking and standing
? The position requires regular interaction with various constituents, including team members and vendors
? Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 lbs., as well as able to bend and walk without issues

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
