Job Description & Requirements
Essential Functions
Position plays a critical role in maintaining the inventory necessary to produce our Lifestyle vans. Includes receiving shipments, conducting inventory. Works closely with the Prefabrication and Production Manager to understand the cadence and needs of the teams to create inventory controls, process and staging of components. Position reports to the Prefabrication Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties
-Receive shipments and safely operate machinery necessary to accurately store inventory.
-Move inventory to maintain physical stocking levels and ensure replenishment.
-Investigate inventory discrepancies or damaged products and report to necessary team members for resolution.
- Drive panel van as needed to supplier locations to receive and transport inventory.
-Work closely with the Prefabrication Manager to create and align with the ERP system for creating inventory controls.
Communication
-Daily internal communication with the Prefabrication and Production team as well as the Office Manager and Manager of Finance and Purchasing around the receipt and delivery of inventory.
- Limited external contact with providers to help resolve discrepancies and product delays or damage.
Ideal Experience
-Familiarity with Google Sheets is helpful but experience with excel and other spreadsheet tools work as well. Prior ERP experience is helpful but not required.
-Prior experience with inventory management is preferred but not required.
-Experience working in a production environment or facility is helpful.
- Forklift or machine operations experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements
-Must be comfortable working with a variety of power tools and equipment
-Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 70+ pounds regularly
-Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and able to work on concrete floors.

Job Type: Full time /Hourly
Schedule: 40+ hours/week.
Base Salary/Hourly Wage: Starting at $25. Varies based on experience and expertise.
