Are you well connected in the cycling industry? Love to ride and explore the world?

CyclingHero offers cycling holidays in Northern Italy for the true cyclist. Our private trips offer carefully curated itineraries, comfortable, boutique accommodations, and discreet support when you need it, allfacilitated by our dedicated mobile app.

We are looking for a passionate road cyclist with past or present cycling industry rep experience to evangelize CyclingHero to upmarket bike retailers and industry influencers. The right candidate is results oriented, and able to build trust and rapport within the cycling realm. 

This is a fully remote role, you must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. 

What you will be doing:

• In person and remote outreach to explain the CyclingHero model and encourage retailers to start promoting the CyclingHero offering.

• Attending industry events where appropriate.

• Actively promoting CyclingHero in social media.

• Developing a strategy for building awareness of CyclingHero in the market.

• Providing support to inquiries coming over the website during regular working hours. 

• Recommending improvements to the CyclingHero products and services based on direct and indirect feedback from prospective customers.

You should have:

• Prior experience as a cycling industry representative

• A great love for road cycling  

• The ability to build relationships also by phone

• Experience in working remotely and using technology
