Job Description & Requirements

Rajeff Sports is looking to add a Customer Service/Warranty Technician to our small team here in Vancouver, WA.

We have always been a small company doing big things. Our dedication to the industry and the sport is one of our primary motivating factors, but most of all, we like to have fun. We’re close knit and moderately dirtbaggy–just more hygienic.

Ideally we need an outgoing, creative, high energy individual who can keep up with a fast-paced distribution. We need someone who enjoys talking to customers, whether they’re newbies to the sport or seasoned shop owners.

Generally, you would be responsible for entering orders into QuickBooks, assisting customers with our warranty and repair process, and answering technical questions for customers. Additional responsibilities would include general office and warehouse duties. Applicants with the right skill-set could also assist and potentially manage our marketing efforts.

Some Fly Fishing experience is a necessity for this position.

General Duties

• Order Entry
• Answering technical questions via phone and email
• Helping consumers with warranty/repair questions and resolution
• Approving potential Pro accounts (Guides/Key Employee/Casting Instructors)
• Laugh at Tim’s jokes when necessary

Specific Job Skills

The position requires computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You’ll need to be capable of learning to use QuickBooks.  Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing experience are a plus but not required. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment is a must.  Mental activities will include decision-making, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, and basic math.  Good communication skills via phone and email are a must.

Position is on-site in Vancouver, WA. Full Time – M-F; 8:00-4:30.

 

Compensation:

Hourly wage of $24-$26
