Job Description & Requirements
The Gear Junction is looking for an experience mechanic to manage its small but growing service shop. Manager will oversee 1-2 part time mechanics. Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bike work to an already dedicated customer base. Manager should have ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of bicycles and be comfortable working on new and vintage components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily repairs on bicycles
- Deliver a high level of customer service
-Oversee the work and schedule of 1-2 part time mechanics
- Ensure a high quality of work is being performed
- Ensure safety standards are being met
- Assist with service parts inventory management
- Maintain a clean work area
