The family business Martin Magnusson & Co. was founded in 1936 and is now run by the fourth generation of Magnussons. Both design and development are done at the headquarters in the small village of Hestra, Sweden. Our gloves are manufactured in our own factories, and we personally buy all leather, fabric, wool, and other materials. This gives us control of the production chain and ensures a high level of quality. The company operates subsidiaries in the United States, Norway, and Germany as well as agents, distributors and retailers in over 40 countries.
Overview: Hestra Gloves North America is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Dealer/Customer Services Representative. This position will serve as an integral member of our Sales and Customer Service Team by ensuring that our wholesale accounts are managed with a high level of attention and overall accuracy. This role will also help and support our direct to Customer Service Team by providing excellent customer service via email, phone calls, and order processing during peak season.
Position: This position reports directly to the Dealer & Customer Service Manager and is a full-time non exempt position that requires the individual to be onsite at our corporate offices in Arvada, CO. We do offer an optional one day per week work remote schedule.
Education/Experience: A minimum requirement of a college degree or 3+ years of relevant experience required.
What your Impact Will Be:
- Provide all aspects of customer service for dealers, sales representatives and consumers including order entry and processing, product consultation, shipping issues, returns, confirmations, and questions.
- Review B2B orders to ensure orders are released with correct info in a timely fashion.
- Manage preseason terms and applying proper volume discounts while communicating preseason confirmations to buyers and sales reps.
- Attend sales meetings when needed and assist with product selling cycle for dealer base.
- Manage daily order book (communicating with warehouse, sales reps, and finance).
- Order Entry in ERP and B2B systems for wholesale, buying group and distributor customers to ensure proper allocation on all open orders.
- Communicate with sales reps. and buyers regarding order updates/edits/cancelation.
- Manage routing workbooks & communicate effectively with warehouse for wholesale and distributor orders.
- Create RMAs for wholesale returns.
- Create reports using ERP Systems for Sales Support.
- Coordinate with accounting on warranty & defective product processing.
- Proficient in independent problem solving.
- Ensure all departments receive appropriate and timely communication.
- Assist on Customer Service with emails, processing returns, and general overall support where needed.

- Management experience a plus.
- A strong knowledge and passion for the outdoors and skiing/snowboarding.
Information Systems Candidate should demonstrate an understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 application suite with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Netsuite and/or Microsoft BC a plus.
Compensation/Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
- Salary Range paid hourly - $45,000 to $55,000 annually.
