Position Type: Full-time, Independent Sales Rep

 

Agency Overview: End2End Outdoor is a sales representative agency founded in 2016. We partner with leading brands Petzl, La Sportiva, Big Agnes, and Rab supporting specialty retailers, national accounts, and strategic partners across 3 territories (South Central, East Central, and West Central).  We are passionate about the outdoors and committed to creating strong, lasting relationships with our retailors and brand partners.

 

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Rep to join our team. This role is focused on managing and growing key retail accounts within the outdoor industry, while driving sales and expanding brand awareness for world-class brands. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Manage and grow sales within West Central territory (specialty and national accounts).

-Build and maintain relationships with retailers, buyers, and staff.

-Present seasonal product lines, conduct clinics, and support in-store merchandizing.

-Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.

-Track and report sales metrics, account feedback, and competitive trends.

-Represent brands at regional and national tradeshows.

-Host gear demos at participating  retailers.

-Attend supporting events within territory.

 

Qualifications: 

-Proven sales experience (outdoor industry experience preferred).

-Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

-Ability to travel often within assigned territory.

-Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

-Passion for outdoor activities (climbing, skiing, backpacking, running, etc).
