Job Description & Requirements

Custom Clothing Coordinator, Giordana Cycling Apparel

·         Part-Time

·         15 to 20 Hours Per Week

·         Consistent weekly hours which are maintained week to week

·        1-2 days per month for training in our Charlotte, NC office

The below work will be fully supported with training and real time access to sales team members via phone, email, and Slack. In person training is also available at Gita’s Charlotte, NC HQ.

• Monitoring of inbound Giordana Custom Apparel leads. Answering customer questions on Giordana Cycling’s custom apparel program, using product knowledge and canned answers. Qualifying leads and passing them on to one of our three account managers.
• Support of account managers via assigned tasks in HubSpot (Gita’s CRM).
• Task will range from order process follow ups, with the goal of assisting the account manager in closing a deal to quarterly check ins for new business with past customers and contacts.
• Enter size sample orders via the backend of our Shopify custom clothing platform.
• Build Giordana Kit Builder stores via our platform hosted by Kit Order.
• Connect with customer leads through “cold calling” by phone, email, and text.
• Accomplish the above tasks using best practices which include communicating by phone, email, and text, logging all communication in our CRM, HubSpot. There will be communication targets which can be monitored via the CRM.

Are you an outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about supporting a sales team? Gita Sporting Goods is looking for a motivated, results-driven coordinator with a strong work ethic. You will work closely with both internal departments and outside sales representatives to provide support to our customers and GROW SALES. Our customers come in many forms: teams, clubs, bike shops, events, etc. A typical day starts with some early morning game planning, then you move onto juggling the business of the day. You will have to work at a fast pace to keep up with both inbound inquiries while leaving some time in the day to seek out new projects with existing customers and cold call to hunt for new customers. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, detailed oriented, task-driven person who says good morning to everyone, isn’t above doing whatever it takes to make the team stronger and of course has a hunger to be the best sales support person in the industry!
