Espin Bikes is a growing electric bike company based in California. We design and develop innovative and beautiful electric bikes that are at an affordable price point for customers. We previously focused on direct to consumer sales however we are now expanding our retail network. The few shops we are in are selling very well as our bikes are at a great price point for consumers while still providing excellent quality.
Espin Bikes is looking for results-driven Independent Sales Representatives and/or Sales Rep Agencies interested in selling and supporting the Espin brand. This is a great opportunity to sell electric bikes, the fasting growing segment in the bicycle industry.

Job Description:
The independent sales representative or the sales agency will be responsible for finding new retail locations for Espin to target as well develop other sales channels such as rental and corporate fleets. All territory inquiries are welcome.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals and objectives
  • Ability to identify buying interest and maximize sales opportunity with potential customers in a short period of time 
  • Prior experience fielding inbound sales leads 
  • Enthusiastic and can do attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Previous Experience in the bike industry is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate productive, professional relationships with current and potential customers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies at a national and regional level
  • Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Plan and execute sales trips and activities
  • Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Execute demo program to expand sales opportunities
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations 
  • Execute creative marketing initiatives with key customers
  • Represent company at trade shows and events to promote product
