The Position: Customer Service - Warranty

Stan’s NoTubes is an established innovator in the cycling industry with a focus on tubeless tire technology and related products with offices in Big Flats, NY and State College, PA.  We are seeking a qualified individual that is a passionate cyclist with a strong technical skill set and the ability to communicate technical and product details effectively.  Practical knowledge of modern performance-oriented mountain, road, gravel and cyclocross components and associated compatibility concerns is key.  Prior experience in a retail bicycle shop environment in a sales or customer service role is particularly valuable.      

Job Description:

The Customer Service and Warranty Representative works with other customer service and sales team members to provide top-notch service and support via phone, email, and social media.  Ample opportunity for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Communicate efficiently and effectively with dealers and retail customers via phone and email regularly

·         Resolve customer concerns and questions

·         Assist customers with product selections and specification of custom wheels

·         Provide technical support and in-depth product knowledge

·         Enter sales orders in Netsuite

·         Process all incoming warranty claims, evaluate warranty product, and prepare weekly/monthly warranty reports

·         Evaluate and communicate warranty issues with the product development team

·         Skilled at handling a high volume of daily transactions

Requirements:

·         Professional and positive demeanor at all times

·         Mature, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think quickly and critically analyze technical issues without the aid of having the parts physically available

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Sales or customer service experience in the outdoor industry a plus

·         Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Drive and Google App Suite

·         Experience with a modern ERP system such a Netsuite a plus

·         A love of all things bicycle related, particularly mountain biking, with an interest in cyclocross, gravel, and road as well
