Integrity Outdoor Equipment is a sales rep agency based in Minnesota that currently covers 15 states across the Midwest. Integrity believes that there were ways to develop relationships that would benefit not only the vendors that contracted Integrity, but ultimately help the retailers become more profitable. Integrity aims to be the premier outdoor sales agency for retailers and distributors in the US through honesty, strong moral principles, creative solutions, and effective sales techniques.
Currently we represent premium cycling brands; Niner Bikes, Fatback Bikes, Kali Protectives, and bluerub Skin Care Products. We are committed to providing more than just a sales team to our clients and our customers. We work hard to bring fresh ideas into every customer visit.
We are looking for strong sales minded individuals in the states listed above. The ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, a desire to help the customer be more profitable, and technical knowledge of the cycling industry.
Manage existing account base through, Technical Clinics, Product Presentations, and Consumer Demos.
Open new, sensible distribution with all lines.
Report to Principal Rep on overall business and keep them up to date on the territory.
Work with Marketing Departments to grow the business through key strategies with a fresh perspective.
Travel to sales meetings, trade shows, and territory visits.
Must live in Territory
Customer Service, Retail or Outside Sales Experience in the Bicycle/Outdoor Industry - 3 years
Extensive overnight and day travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills – Excel, Word
Mechanical Understanding of Bicycles
