The Arbor Collective will be filling a new in-house apparel sales position to take advantage of the brand's expanding distribution opportunities.
Since 1995, the Arbor Collective has helped lead the charge toward sustainability within Action Sports. In recent years, our apparel division has transcended Arbor's traditional distribution channels with a line that blends the brand's sustainable design heritage and surf/skate/snow roots with contemporary art-driven, performance-minded fashion.
In addition to our Action Sports account base, Arbor's apparel division now services a range of forward thinking outdoor shops as well as important fashion, urban, art, and eco boutiques and higher-end chains. Taking advantage of this wider, horizontal distribution opportunity is the focus of Arbor's apparel division.

To that end, the Collective is seeking an experienced salesperson that brings established relationships and knowhow to the table. We are looking for a peer that wants to join the Arbor Collective long term and help take our growing apparel program to the next level. Applicants must be interested in working at a rapidly growing, yet small, tightly held company, where employees wear multiple "hats" and work together as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales to retailers
- Servicing existing account base
- Identifying and targeting appropriate new customers
- Understanding and analyzing sell thru reports
- Merchandising both physical and online retail partner
- Working with management to refine and execute sales strategy
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Setting-up and running trade shows
- Participating in marketing events
Location: Venice, CA
Position: Full Time
Compensation: Salary based on experience + Commission

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must enjoy surfing and/or skating and/or snowboarding
