SKINS is a brand that was born out of AMBITION!! In 1996, an Aussie skier had a bold ambition to develop a garment that would improve sports performance and aid in recovery. After consulting with NASA scientists and other experts, development took five years of design, testing and finessing before the first pair of SKINS tights were launched in Australia in 2002. The word spread fast that SKINS helped you perform better and recover faster, basically, making you feel like a super hero!! Because of that bold ambition, SKINS has grown rapidly and continues to lead the innovation of the sport performance category it created!! Our SKINS mission stays simple: to radically improve the world of sport one pair of tights at a time. Let’s face it, when you have a product that is scientifically proven by numerous independent studies, its not being bold, we just say how it is! No hype required!
