Vaughn Outdoor (VO) is a Utah based emerging growth company created to capitalize on the patent pending CZiP glove design concept, an industry changing innovation in
glove design and construction that dramatically increases the utility and convenience of gloves in a wide range of applications.
VO develops gloves and mitts for many current and anticipated applications including general winter use, winter sports, hunting, fishing, police and fire services, military, industrial, motorcycling, sailing and other applications. Other revenue streams include strategic licensing of the CZiP technology to other outdoor products companies. At a later stage, VO intends to leverage its Development Group experience, VO brand building, and CZiP market inroads to expand its product offering to include other outdoor products.
