Kapitol Reef Aquatics is home of the world’s most technologically advanced snorkel and the only using Kadence TechnologyTM. The product was launched in March of 2007. Traditional snorkels force users to inhale by working against the ambient water pressure, which causes fatigue, lowers lung volume and can cause erratic breathing and anxiety. Dr Mark Johnson solved this problem by applying medical knowledge of breathing physiology to invent the Kapitol ReefTM snorkel, which features scientific regulation of pressure and separate channels for inhaled and exhaled air. This innovative design eliminates the problem of CO2 buildup, providing more natural breathing, safer and longer snorkeling and more confidence and fun while snorkeling. The snorkel is also extremely dry.
