Job Description & Requirements
At outdoor DIVAS we have been fitting women in comfortable ski boots for over 20 years. We are currently looking to add another bootfitter to our Vail team.
Everyone knows the key to a great day on the hill is a comfortable pair of ski boots and we have developed a bootfitting program that has allowed us to provide that for hundreds of women every ski season. If you have never fit ski boots before but have a passion for the industry we have a very streamlined training process that will have you confident in your abilities in a very short amount of time. If you have previous experience, we welcome your expertise and can easily incorporate it into our program.
Boot fitters at outdoor DIVAS coach the customers into the ideal boot, fabricate custom insoles, install custom liners, and assess and adjust skier alignment. We are a full-service ski shop so there are additional opportunities for ski equipment and clothing sales.
Key Requirements
-Previous retail experience is strongly preferred
-Passion for skiing mandatory
-Prior ski shop experience is preferred
-Ability to work nights and weekends
