Job Title: Sales and Retail Marketing Coordinator

Reports To:
The Sales and Retail Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the CEP Western Regional Sales Manager and will collaborate closely with the entire CEP Team.

 Qualifications:

  • Comfortable presenting to retailers and customers
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, meeting tight timelines
  • Exceptional time management skills, even under pressure
  • Flexibility to manage last-minute tasks and assignments
  • Capability to lift at least 40 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in territory travel, up to 60% of the time, adapting to varying business needs and occasional weekend travel requirements
  • Collaborate with local sales reps and Regional Sales Manager to implement effective sell-through strategies, providing post-visit feedback
  • Foster relationships with top accounts and conduct product clinics in key locations
  • Manage inventory checks and facilitate fill-in orders
  • Support store events with product demos and giveaways
  • Set up and manage local expos with retailers and oversee in-store merchandising
  • Independently manage schedules with minimal assistance
  • Support major national and attending top industry trade shows
  • Provide insights on retailer needs to the US and HQ marketing teams
  • Adapt HQ merchandising assortment, creative, and supplies for US retail requirements
  • Create retail merchandising programs and assortments before each sell-in season
  • Coordinate receiving and distribution of materials with medi ordering team and suppliers
  • Organize and prepare digital assets for accounts and the marketing team as required
  • Maintain and update the POP (point of purchase) menu for reps
  • Coordinate shipping of retail materials, signage, and displays to accounts and reps
