Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator

 

Position Overview:

 

The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator will work hand in hand with the Chief Operation Officer, with the primary responsibilities covering the management of raw material, work in process & finished goods inventory across multiple international third party warehouses, including arranging for the respective domestic &international freight, commercial document preparation, advance receiver notification, CHA/custom agent communication & overall inventory tracking within the Company’s ERP system.  The position will also assist in daily/weekly/monthly communication with the Company’s global supply chain partners, processing of both Purchase Orders & Sales Orders, and license fee tracking.  The ideal candidate is a fast learner and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, has a supply chain & operational background & experience in working within a global supply chain.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Production Planning – across raw materials, work in process & finished goods
  • Domestic & International Freight Management – including negotiation of rates & shipping schedules, commercial document preparation & advance receiver notification
  • 3rd Party Warehouse Management – overseeing all inbound & outbound movement of inventory
  • Processing Sales of Orders & preparing documentation for both domestic & international customers.
  • Creating & Placing Purchase orders for raw materials, work in process & finished goods
  • Creating & processing manufacturing /assembly builds with in the Company’s ERP system
  • Standard Costing, BOM creation & overall SKU management within the Company’s ERP system
  • International Supplier interaction & follow up on various reporting including yarn & fiber sales, license fees due & anticipated product demand
  • Miscellaneous ad hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

 

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong problem identifying and solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Egnyte, & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • 3+ years experience in:
    • inventory & materials management, international logistics & working with suppliers in a global supply chain
    • working with 3rd Party Warehouses
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Textile or Apparel experience preferred

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 DOE

Work Week: 40 hours M-F / Evening Hours may be required due to communication with global supply chain partners

 

Experience: Supply Chain/Operations/International Logistics  - 3+ years (Required)

Education: Bachelor's degree (Required)

Work Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid)
