Job Description & Requirements

Graphic Designer
 

Qualifications

  • Employee must be proficient in Adobe creative suite and well-versed in all aspects of design, including typography, color theory, and principles and elements of design

  • Must be detail-oriented, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment

  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts or related field of study or equivalent experience

  • Must maintain their own schedule and project management board.

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Must be able to showcase a broad portfolio of work over a wide variety of projects

  • Firearms Industry experience a plus

  • Manage and create email blasts using HubSpot

  • Social Media Management Experience a plus 

  • Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to write and edit copy 

 

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Director of Marketing

  • Maintain and manage a list of creative requests and transform them into final deliverables

  • Edit and retouch photography 

  • Own and manage Hubspot suite

  • Later or Meta Social Media Management
