Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service, Sales, and Operations Assistant. Based in St. George or Washington County, Utah, this role will provide hands-on support across multiple areas of our business, including customer service, sales assistance, and operations. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding company with potential for full-time career growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional online customer service to our current and new customers, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and warranty issues.
Ensure a positive and personalized experience for every customer, offering product recommendations and guidance based on their needs and preferences.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
Sales Assistance:
Assist customers with product selection and purchases, support sales in pulling reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members in a supportive position to achieve overall business and brand goals.
Operations Assistance:
Assist with inventory management tasks such as inspecting and quality control to ensure product is cleared to go onto shelves.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Support other operational tasks and projects as needed to optimize business operations and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities, with a genuine interest in our products and industry.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
