What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our Atomic Team.  This role is focused on the development, management, and execution of the wholistic digital marketing strategy in North America, delivering an exceptional online consumer experience for Atomic. This role will collaborate with brand marketing, key global stakeholders and sales teams to execute a well aligned digital marketing program.  To elevate Atomics’ online brand presence through holistic digital marketing strategies and key e-tailers to provide the consumer a compelling product and brand experience. 

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

 

Influencer Marketing

  • Own the performance of North American ambassador/influencer campaigns in co-ordination with the Atomic global team
  • Own campaign planning and execution of local online ambassador team & aggregate locally relevant content

Etail/Ecomm

  • Support the development of the digital component of JBPs with key accounts
  • High level of engagement developing & executing JBP’s with key North American Etailers
  • Own the marketing component of the NA Atomic eComm strategy

Direct Marketing

  • Develop & execute digital marketing communication calendar across all owned channels
  • Drive local CRM enhancements
  • Coordinate regional post-launch follow-ups for success tracking and improvements

Other

  • Develop a social media content strategy aligned with global stakeholders/calendar
  • Understand and adapt to the different social media platforms (algorithms, trends, etc.).

 

What We're Looking For

This role prefers a Bachelor’s Degree; however, a combination of education and work experience will be considered.  We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years work experience in branded consumer good industry; athletic, outdoor/or sporting goods market preferred

 Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years work experience in branded consumer good industry; athletic, outdoor/or sporting goods market preferred
  • Has worked several years in digital marketing, marketing, and account management
  • Specific, substantial experience of Digital Marketing channels
  • Experienced in gaining consumer/channel insight, analysing data and putting relevant actions in place
