Due to exceptional growth globally, we are now looking for a Territory Account Manager to reinforce our Colorado-based office and to develop new and existing accounts by providing industry-leading customer service.

The position
As a Territory Account Manager, we expect you to work as a hybrid sales representative. You will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in an assigned account base/territory. This includes territories both with and without external sales representation.

You will develop new and existing accounts by providing industry-leading customer service, becoming a trusted resource for our customers and being their overall product/technical subject matter expert.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting dealers via phone, email and in person to sell products and provide services.
  • Working with sales reps and dealers on programs and product introductions.
  • Providing reports on dealer feedback & sales performance to management.
  • Monitoring execution of all client-related projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitoring sales data & performance information and making recommendations to management.
  • Participating in marketing activities including trade shows, cycling events dealer events and other lead generating tasks.
  • Developing annual forecasts and creating seasonal sales plans.
  • Up to 40% travel, including some weekends.

You have the ability to work independently in a team-based, diverse, and fast-paced environment. You possess integrity and a winning mentality, as well as the ability to balance sales with customer satisfaction and to balance technical jargon with common terms for end users and wholesale partners.

In addition, excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and prioritization skills are essential.

Your background
We expect that you have the following experience and/or skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Sales and customer service experience and skills
  • Strategic planning and negotiation skills desired
  • Cycling industry experience highly desired
  • Experience managing sales or channel relationships a plus
  • Experience managing a sales or customer service team a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000/year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CeramicSpeed considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
