As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Additionally, you will be accountable for the workshop, ensuring that all e-bikes are maintained & delivered to the highest standards.

We offer ebike subscriptions at an affordable price that include maintenance, repairs, insurance, and roadside assistance as well as the whole gamut of accessories for those looking to be car-free while cruising around Seattle. The role

  • Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, including retail operations, fleet management, maintenance, and logistics. Enhance at-home/on-the-road customer experiences through effective store operations management
  • In partnership with the leadership team, develop and implement strategic business and financial plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets; manage for overall health of Seattle Shop including but not limited to standard P&L line items: sales, labor and inventory management, budgeting adherence, and overall profitability
  • Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee the workshop operations, ensuring all e-bikes are properly maintained and repaired. Work with the Lead mechanic the team of mechanics are performing to standards and delivering timely and efficient servicing of e-bikes. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts. Implement and uphold safety standards within the workshop.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Develop partnership strategy and programs to drive community engagement and customer growth 
  • Implement and monitor operational processes & systems to optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Special projects as needed

 

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling operations and driving business growth
