We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our own sport brand- evil eye.

The Marketing Coordinator at evil eye will be instrumental in executing marketing and sales programs and events across North America. This role will actively contribute to the annual event strategy, assist in demand campaign execution, and provide essential administrative support to the Business Development Manager (BDM).

 

Job Description and Essential Duties

• Provide comprehensive support to the BDM in all marketing and event administrative responsibilities.
• Assist in all facets of event coordination, including setup, vendor management, site selection, registration, agenda planning, staffing, on-site production, hospitality, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage product inventory and display tracking, as well as coordinate deliveries for events and accounts.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of promotional items to support sales and events.
• Aid in the planning and execution of activities aimed at driving product sales and enhancing brand awareness, including event sponsorships, trunk shows, group runs, and in-store activities.
• Assist the BDM in brand research and provide necessary brand/sales reporting.
• Support marketing and social media initiatives by providing approved content, images, and communications.
• Monitor Athlete social media channels

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in an office setting, with a background in event planning, marketing, or retail sales considered advantageous.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven track record of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook is required.
• Passion for sports and/or the outdoors

Physical requirements

·         Ability to travel by air and auto, valid driver’s license is required

·         Able to travel for events up to 15% of time including weekend events on occasion.

• This position will require travel to and working in high altitudes.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. 
• This position requires walking, standing, sitting, pushing, pulling and carrying products and materials while working events.
• This is an in-office position located in Green Island, NY, with opportunity for hybrid schedule after 6 months.
