Overview:
Join a fast-growing outdoor gear company as our Order Management Specialist! Zenbivy is seeking a reliable, experienced customer support expert to manage orders and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary liaison between our customer base and warehouse operations
- Proactively monitor order status and identify potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers
- Manage carrier claims and resolve delivery issues
- Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve issues effectively while upholding company policies
- Process refunds and assist customers with exchange orders
- Implement and optimize new order management processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Experience with Shopify e-commerce order management
- Outstanding communication skills, both through written email and over the phone
- Proven experience in a customer support role managing multiple email tickets
- The ability to quickly learn and accurately implement new processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zendesk is major plus
- Genuine enthusiasm and interest in backpacking/camping to authentically connect with our team and customers
