SUMMARY
Our guy is retiring which bums us out but hey, we are also excited for him! He has been amazing for us, the skills and experience contributed so valuable to what we do together. Now we are seeking a new partner to make a transition to work with “our guy” as RIO Products new Maintenance Technician II.
RIO Products Int'l is a brand recognized as a leader in the fly-fishing industry. Based in Idaho Falls, we are looking for a candidate with drive, energy, and a desire to improve processes while working with a group of fun, outdoor loving teammates.
Maintenance Technician II is an important partner for both Production and Product Development by providing maintenance experience and service that exceeds the customer’s expectations. The focus is to ensure the RIO facilities are maintained to the highest quality to meet the operational directives of the organization and fellow team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work in support of the production team while owning individual machine tasks.
• Demonstrate ability to aggressively and appropriately problem solve.
• Operation and oversight of light duty manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for clear oral and written communication and documentation
• Able to work with and lift heavy weights
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in reading and comprehending engineering and electrical specification.
• Experience in working with manufacturing equipment and automated machinery is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Proven collaborator.
• The current opening is on day shift.
