Job Description & Requirements
We would like to hire an Experienced Bicycle mechanic with Good/Friendly customer service skills. We sell and work on Mountain, Road Gravel and E-Bikes. Potential for growth and may lead into a managerial position.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:
- Base Rate DOE - we pay above average wages! $20-$25/hr
- We also offer a commission on bike sales!

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of bicycles. You’ll work closely with our shop team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their bikes are ready for adventure — whether it’s hitting the trails, cruising the city, or competing in races. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about bikes, and eager to provide great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bike repairs and maintenance for a wide range of makes and models.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and provide accurate solutions.
- Assist with bike builds, upgrades, and customizations.
- Provide expert recommendations to customers regarding bike care, accessories, and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with other mechanics and team members to maintain a high standard of service.
- Sell bikes and earn a commission!
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a bike mechanic in a professional setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and bicycle repair processes.
- Passion for cycling and a desire to help others enjoy the sport.
- Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry bikes, tools, and other shop equipment.
