Job Description:

We are currently seeking independent sales representative groups nationwide to introduce and expand the presence of Mercer Sport's new product line within the outdoor retail market. As an independent sales representative group, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption and sales of Mercer Sport products among outdoor retailers and establishing our brand presence in this competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce Mercer Sport's new product line to outdoor and specialty retailers.

- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers at outdoor retail stores, chains, and e-commerce platforms to secure distribution and partnerships.

- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, quality, and benefits of Mercer Sport's new product line.

- Collaborate closely with the Mercer Sport team to provide valuable market insights, feedback, and recommendations for product positioning and improvement.

- Attend relevant trade shows, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
