Manufactures Sales Representative(s) will vigorously promote the four brands of Higdon Outdoors LLC:  Higdon, MOmarsh, Power-Calls and Riven.  The assigned territory would be the Western 13 States:  AK, AR, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.   The Territory includes ALL sales channels as approved by Higdon, less contractual House Accounts (TBD).  Basic requirements: develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, drive and generate sales, increase Higdon Outdoors market share within the waterfowl, turkey, sporting dog and elk hunting retail industry.  The Manufactures Sales Representative(s) position is commission-based only – no employer benefits are expressed or implied.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Attend Industry Trade Shows.
• Attend Consumer Trade Shows w/in territory.
• Attend Dealer events for key consumer traffic sales w/in category needs.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects corresponding with Higdon’s sales calendar.
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on Higdon, MOmarsh, Power-Calls and Riven products.
• Track sales activities, work with assigned inside sales account manager at Higdon-and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Meet and/or exceed sales quotas.
• Coordinate with other Higdon team members and departments to optimize sell-through efforts.
