UCAN is looking for Independent Run and Bike Sales Reps (100% commission based) in multiple territories (Rockies, PNW, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, North Atlantic) to help us build a network of specialty dealers within these regions. UCAN offers a full line of sports nutrition products from Energy Gels, Energy Bars, Energy Powders, Protein Powders and Hyration. Our products are built around the science that you can fuel your adventures without sugar.

The sales reps/agencies responsibilities include managing our current retail partners while actively presenting our unique brand story and products to potential retailers in the assigned market. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate is someone who understands the value sports nutrition can bring to their own portfolio and the retailers shelves. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and expanding their retailer base.

Responsibilities

·        Act as a point of contact for existing and new potential retailers within assigned states/territory

·        Identify local business opportunities and help overcome challenges

·        Present our unique brand story and products to prospective retailers

·        Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions

·        Answer retailer questions about features and pricing

·        Cross-sell products lines, when appropriate

Requirements and skills

·        Work experience as an Independent Sales Representative

·        Familiarity with run/outdoor industry preferred

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Resilient with a proven track record in sales

·        Hard-working and goal oriented
