As one of the longest running non-profit summer camps and Outdoor School programs in the camping industry, our jobs are a great way to gain great experience in youth development and education, expand your own skill set and join a team where staff members are valued as the heart and soul of what we do.

We recruit a dedicated, talented, driven, diverse staff who are encouraged to be creative and think big - to bring their own ideas and skills to each of our programs.  We have a wide variety of jobs available during our three program seasons and have staff from all over the USA and around the globe to bring our programs to life.

Our program fees are subsidized, thus ensuring that all children can afford to participate in our programs.  We are able to offer high-value programs at a much reduced cost thanks to our many funders and sponsors.
