Job Description & Requirements

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, social media campaigns, events, and promotional materials

• Create visually appealing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics

• Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, product launches, and sponsored rides/races

• Assist in the management of the company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics

• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

• Manage team and athlete relationships, including contract creation, placing orders, sharing results and new stories, and tracking ROI 

• Assist with the creation and analysis of marketing reports, including tracking campaign results and providing insights on marketing performance 

• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be data-driven with strong analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred 

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns 

• Strong knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) required 

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate 

• Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools 

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints 

• Detail-oriented and deadline driven. 

• Must be able to lift up to 40lb
