Job Description: Digital Marketing Coordinator

 

Here is an opportunity to join the growing bicycle industry community in Bentonville. We are looking for the right cycling enthusiast to join our team as our Digital Marketing Coordinator. As key player on our marketing team you will manage the company’s presence on Amazon in US, support our D2C e-commerce site, as well as supporting our in-app commerce. The coordinator will focus on optimizing product listings, managing orders and inventory levels, driving sales growth, and overseeing all activities related to marketplace-specific operations. This role requires someone with strong marketplace expertise, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently while collaborating with various internal and international teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Amazon Marketplace and Shopify Operations:
    • Oversee daily activities on Amazon, including product listings, stock levels, order management, pricing, and promotions.
    • Manage product listings and presentation of the brand on our D2C
    • Coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams Manage product listing optimization (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and maximize sales.
    • Manage product parity across platforms.
    • Handle Amazon customer reviews, feedback, and ensure excellent customer service through the platform.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC and other marketing campaigns to drive product sales.
    • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and fulfillment is smooth.

 

2.       Marketplace Strategy & Growth:

    • Collaborate with US and HQ teams to develop strategies for marketplace growth, including new product launches and promotional campaigns.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
    • Propose new opportunities for expanding product lines and promotional activities based on marketplace data and insights.
  1. Compliance & Account Health:
    • Ensure all listings meet Amazon’s compliance standards and policy requirements.
    • Address any account health issues promptly, such as performance notifications or policy violations.
    • Stay informed of any changes in marketplace policies and adjust processes accordingly.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Work with the Global D2C Team, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure marketplace operations are aligned with overall business goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for listing optimization, advertising, or other marketplace services as needed.

 

  1. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for Amazon and future platforms, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
    • Prepare regular performance reports for Amazon, highlighting sales trends, advertising ROI, and inventory status.
    • Monitor key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, ad spend efficiency, and customer acquisition costs, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace operations.
  • Expertise in using Amazon Seller Central and managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO and product listing optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes for online marketplaces.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date on marketplace trends and best practices.
